Refund Policy

<sub>Refund and Rescheduling Policy 20 March 2024

‍Refunds of Guest Funds
‍1. A Behold Retreats (“BR”) guest is not eligible for a partial or full refund unless they fail to pass the medical evaluation immediately following the sale of a retreat has been paid for by the guest. In the event that a guest does not pass the medical evaluation, the guest shall be refunded within two weeks of the failed medical evaluation minus a $200 USD administration fee.</sub>

‍2. In the event that a guest is unable to attend a retreat for a medically certified reason, the guest may delay attendance of a retreat for up to 12 months or transfer that retreat to another individual provided that that individual meets all other attendance conditions.}
